I am looking for a system where workers gets to keep the value of their labor. Owners lack a place in such a system.

Why? You can have both owners and profit sharing

It's very processed bits of beef from other sources blended together then steamed in a bag to keep shape. Like a giant beef hot dog.

Aluminum would be nearly impossible to obtain, it's actually my preferred grab in a hypothetical "You're going back in time and can take one thing" situation

As a former employee, their roast beef would be very difficult to buy from a store or replicate at home.

Any attempt would likely be superior to what's sold at locations.
