Je vais même être encore plus cynique, en plus de la bourse qui monte et déscend depuis toujours, mais monte en moyenne, il y a un autre facteur dès qu'on touche aux comptes épargnes c'est que si l'ECB baisse les taux d'intéret et que ça se répercute sur les taux de crédit immobilier je pourrais très bien, dans un an ou deux avoir un meilleurs pouvoirs d'achat immobilier même avec du capital qui monte moins vite.
