I've used sync since 2014 because Sync is amazing. The most recent redesign made it the best looking app I have ever used, and that's still true to this day. Also Sync can be as free, I don't have ads because I like the dev and gave him $20. Now I'll continue to use this app for thousands of hours over the next 10 years.

I mean I think it's just your standard feel good story that just happens to involve the police. In general you are probably safest assuming every cop is a bad cap for the reasons you listed, but sometimes the good humans in that field do something noteworthy.

Seems like they need to collect your address, telephone, and credit card number to process payments? Steam is it's own internet browser, so the browser data it collects is from itself, not your personal browser.

He's a terrible interviewer. I attempted to listen to one of his podcasts many years ago because the interviewee was someone I was interested in. Joe Rogan quite obviously had no fucking clue about the specifics of why this person is notable, and his line of questioning was uneducated and irritating.
I never tried to listen/watch to Rogan again.
