Starlink is bankrolling starlink, it's expected to generate 12 billion In revenue this year with 2 billion of that being profit

Before it paid for itself spacex did and still does have a lot of very wealthy private investors willing to throw significant funds at the company

You are 100% correct except for

though it seems to be failing at that goal.

Starlink is expected to bring in 2 billion In profit this year, it is successful https://arstechnica.com/space/2025/02/starlink-profit-growing-rapidly-as-it-faces-a-moment-of-promise-and-peril/

Wow, they lost a lot more sensitive data than I was expecting.

With government IDs being in the leak this feels like what's gonna happen in the next couple years with porn sites needing government IDs. I bet peoples watching habits will get leaked right along side IDs.

Starlink is already making more money than it costs to expand and operate, you are wrong. This is sustainable (financially) and counter to your beliefs over the next 10 years I'd wager the starlink network will balloon to many times its current size, 20,000 plus satellites in orbit.

SpaceX is the most successful company/entity in history that does space launch, it doesn't cost them a whole lot of money to launch new batches of Satellites and that cost will continue to decrease as the Falcon 9 program continues to improve and as starship becomes operational over the next few years.

It is a viable business product, latest estimates are Starlink will bring in a revenue of 12 billion in 2025 with about 2 billion being profit. Of course it's not a public company so we don't get official numbers, but you're flat out wrong.

Starlink is owned by spaceX so they've never purchased a rocket, they just launch

I'm also in the bathroom, but the TP is on my right and to the left is the shower. No objects that aren't attached to the building. So, that'll be hard.

Yes true, I understand and agree with that logic

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ In the sample size of the few fat people I know IRL and their family's that's not true, at least for the people I know. Unless we're counting mental illness as a medical condition, which is fair because they are.

exercise is simply not possible for a lot of overweight people.

I'm not fat, but that seems simply untrue unless the person is fat due to a serious disability in the first place. Maybe doing intense exercise isn't possible, but fat people can absolutely start with small, little exercises and work their way up over months or years.

How is this the expanse? Seems to me that governments ruined space in the expanse, which I guess you could correlate with billionaires.

Fred Johnson is probably a billionaire and he ended up leading the OPA and supporting the most impoverished and oppressed class of people in the universe.

Possibly, but if homes are in demand and everything else is good, the homeowner could just say ya, I'm not lowering the price or fixing it, if the past couple years are anything to go off it will still sell for asking.

The house I bought with my partner had a non permitted external "extension" (just a separate room not connected to the main house with air conditioned office) and other safety issues on the inspection. We still bought the house, got 2k off for the house not having any ground wiring.

A significant portion of house flippers also don't bother with permits (or inspections) and do a lot of remodeling that requires a permit, they still sell. I understand why permits exist, but as a homeowner doing work on my own home I'm not paying the government shit to allow me to work on my property. Fuck permits.
