If someone is very debate bro like that, I find it best to refuse to debate them and call them a baby killer. Whatever they say, respond with how many women and children Israel kills. Be a dick about it if you have the mental capacity, the numbers back you up.

I guess I don't see how PA running Gaza and West Bank is a complete loss for Isn'treal. Obviously they'd rather do an ethnic cleansing, but the PA have essentially been compradors. It's a compromise, but it would be better for Isn'treal than Hamas staying in power.
I have a good friend who will often get debate bro or argue in bad faith (not about politics, about stupid stuff like comics and TV). When I sense the argument isn't going to go anywhere I've started just saying "wrong" or "incorrect" and not elaborating. It's really fun and it puts them on the defensive without me doing much effort.
I mean in my experience working with young kids, girls were more likely to pick coloring as a free time activity than boys. Some boys still would and obviously it's gendered. Probably in a subtle way but it's related to the socializing of "girls like crafts, boys run around."
Is there a Fallout New Vegas mod to add the orb? Maybe with Mr. House yelling at you and then replaced by Yes Man.
As far as graphics but mechanically, Fallout NV is more interesting.
