I experienced this over several months some years ago. It was infrequent, but always when falling asleep- a loud bang like a gunshot or a bell directly behind my head. Interesting that they mention possible causes as stress and PTSD as it started occurring not long after I'd left an abusive relationship. Glad it didn't stick around.

They are saying that in this particular opinion piece focussed on this particular topic, yes. It's disingenuous to argue they only speak out for Muslim heritage when you could easily search their site and find many reports and commentaries on the destruction of historical sites all over the world.
With community (specifically fruit & veg) gardens you need to be considerate of what pollutants could be in the soil, especially if the area is prone to flooding. Regrowing native bushland has no such concerns and has the added benefit of providing much needed habitat for native species AND the flood resilience that lawns actually counteract.
