Wow. I am shocked. Who could've guessed an expansionist regime would break a truce with the intent to continue their territorial expansion. This must be the first time in recorded history this has happened. /s

Sounds like Canada anywhere not near the ocean. I'm in that same boat, and I'll happily trade the stupidly hot summers for two extra months of winter.

I miss the moderate summers of Scandinavia in that regard. Sure, it rained a lot, but at least you could go outside without roasting to a crisp in minutes during summer.

It's both a shame and a good thing domesticated foxes are so rare, because on the one hand they are too cute and so pretty, but on the other hand I'd argue were better of not domesticating another species into a class of ecosystem threats (looking at domestic cats...)

So very true. Dressing for cold is so much easier than heat it's mindboggling to read some of these summer fan comments. Like, do you guys actually live on the same planet as I do? Cause this one sucks the minute temperatures go past 20c.

Thank you for perfectly describing just about all the reasons I would skip summer altogether if I could.

The one missing complaint from my end is that you can't do anything outside or in a non-AC building without instantly sweating like you took a shower with your clothes on.

And don't get me started on everything being on fire. The only thing worse than regular summer is a summer where you can't see the skies for several month's due to the smoke and you have to worry about your house burning down all the damn time.

Couldn't agree more with the OOP.

Punisher badges on police equipment.....

I know by this point I should be numb to the shittiness of this administration, but every day they seem to find new ways to outdo their previous selves on both small and large issues to demonstrate that apparently they can still go lower. Whether it's starting unprovoked wars, culling civil liberties, or discriminating against anyone and everything, every day is a new low.

Hey, I think I'm experiencing déjà vu. Wasn't it Trump who cut pandemic preparedness last time too. You know, right before the last global pandemic that killed over a million Americans?

Yeah, I agree. Not sure why the west is so eager to shield Israel from their responsibilities, but Netanyahu and co should stand trial for their crimes against humanity. But so should Khamenei.

Agreed. I don't care who gets tried in The Hague first though, so long as both get their lawful comeuppance.

Man, that recollection by those survivors is some high octane nightmare fuel. I really hope more people made it out unscathed.

This is the only sane take. Bombing hospitals is a war crime for a goddamn reason.

There is simply no excuse for this, both sides should be held liable for their war crimes.
