Carney should have said something like “if you want our countries to be friends, then start treating us like a friend and start acting like a friend.”

I think the instance size definitely makes a difference. I expect users on smaller instances need to work harder to get visibility on larger instances.
I’m sorry, I don’t really have an answer. I did just follow you on mastodon and I’ll try to boost you from time to time. If people don’t search for tags then word of mouth is the best way to get visibility.
