All day and night. It may get a top-up on the charger for like 45 minutes. (I am one of those nerds that have an Ultra because of the battery and screen and not because I am climbing mountains)

I leave it always neabled. I don't think there's any problems? I watch quite a bit of SDR in that mode and I don't see anything wrong
Both devices need the ~~U2~~ Second Generation Ultra-Wide-Band chip. So, Series 9 or Ultra 2 + iPhone 15 and up
(They never called that chip U2 in any bit of marketing. I thought Apple was friends with Bono and his band...!)
You definitely can make an Apple Watch look a lot more "dressed up" with a nice choice of band and face.
(Well, maybe not the ultra... ๐ )
