My last 30 year mortgage was at 2.375. I have since sold that home and never plan on buying in the US again.

I sold off my 4 Play:1s just after the initial app release, seeing the writing on the wall. Looks like it is time to sell off my newer Sonos speakers and invest in an alternative.
