Half the game is cutscenes in the form of a show, the other half is a rather fun management sim, where you balance your 'heroes' and calls coming in. Keep in mind, the choices you make in the story portion affect the management portion. I made Jack mad, and that led to a really rough shift. I whole heartedly recommend it.
