This seems a tad dramatic. Be the change you want to be, there are like 4-5 posts a day here. The nice thing about Lemmy as a whole is that no one gets to own /c/Canada forever. (unlike Reddit) if this becomes shit just move to another instance and run a 'better' /c/Canada.

I feel some of the regional instances are the best. I.e. I'm on lemmy.ca but can clearly read and post to the other instances. That way the load can be somewhat split on geography.. likely better speeds as well.

Fortunately my kids will be in school by renewal time so I can divert nanny money into mortgage money. 😂

I'm really hoping that things calm down by the time I have to renew. I understand we need to get housing under control, however people are already entering very dangerous economic situations with 30+ year mortgages.

China has been doing a ton of unsafe intercepts via sea and air and I've been curious if this is a tactic or simply poor training on how to properly and safely execute these intercepts.
