I think that was Dead Space 2.
Dead Space and its remake had the Isaac dying various ways with "twinkle twinkle little star" thing.
everyone should know what they're getting into before they even download the thing.
Especially since they advertised it the same way they advertised the original release - with a montage of the various grisly death animations.
This is just a state with extra steps but worse.

All the times I've personally been fucked over by pigs was the sorta kids standing 'round accused of loitering and shit. Y'know bloke's behind on his arrests so he starts some shit with local teenagers to try'n get the numbers up.
My gran on the other hand, caught a cop trying to shakedown a local shopkeeper and intervened. What followed was a decades long harassment campaign where they'd, like, call her in the middle of the night to tell her that her son's dead. Shit like that. Tried to force their way into her house one time when she was home alone. Probably would've escalated to them killing her if my granddad hadn't got a bunch of his mates from 'round the pub together to set 'em straight (bear in mind that this was all before my time so I'm working off second hand account here, and don't know what they actually did when they found the twat, only that he left town afterwards and never returned).
