Belgium here got billed Monday. But no shipping mail so far. I ordered on August 14th. (The day it became available in Belgium)

You can't change your cpu model after placing your pre-order, i ran into that problem myself.

I am also in batch 5 but not paid yet. I added an expansion card the day after the preparation mail and received an email with the updated preparation mail on the next working day.
