I think it's more fun to go back and stumble through not knowing where stuff from my build is located. First souls game you play is always the hardest, so stumbling through seems like a fair enough handicap.

You're right, unfortunately. That's a reality in some rural areas. My experience does come from a city with options, and I'm judging those folks. One positive is that so many things can be delivered now, which helps to supplement the absence of local businesses put under by Walmart, and can even create more local businesses. While you may not have the option with certain medications, spending 30% less there will make a difference.

You hit the nail on the head; principles are important and a measurement of your character. I understand that ignorance plays into it as well - I'm sure I support some crappy companies inadvertently. If we all tried our best however, there'd be less kowtowing to bigotry, fascism and exploitation of vulnerable people.

I didn't used to, but I'm getting more judgemental as time goes on. I'm an ally and involved in LGBTQIA orgs and I can't tell you how many gay friends and acquaintances I have that still go to Chick-fil-A and Walmart. I'm harsher with those two, but now, I'll speak out against folks going to Target as well. Even without Target, Walmart and Amazon, I still have no trouble buying anything I need without inconvenience. The only language large corporations speak is money and if you can't even boycott a company that makes mid fast food that's spending money to take away your rights, it seems pathetic to me.

Hopefully law enforcement and anti-first amendment alt-right less likely to target family fun. I think it's a good idea - it's really just about getting people there.

At his level of wealth, nothing is criminal, only financial.

It was from yet another source that I found after I listed the other three that corroborates the same things as the other 3 sources. Seriously, what is your deal? How many more sources do you want?

I thought that as well, but then found that there were 60+ calls made to their home since 2023. Most of them were Joss acting erratically, usually confused and carrying weapons through the street, shooting guns on the property, yelling hysterically. There's definitely more to this and most folks in this thread are jumping the gun.

"The shooting was the 47th call SAPD had responded to at the property to since Jan. 1, 2024, according to SAPD’s PIO. Prior police reports included accusations of Joss being an aggressor against his alleged shooter. But apart from a detainment, neither man faced serious legal consequences in the months leading to the shooting.

Joss was detained June 8, 2024, due to an active warrant for criminal mischief brought upon by complaints from Ceja. Earlier that day, Ceja called SAPD to report Joss was walking outside with a crossbow while name calling and yelling racial slurs at him. Ceja also detailed that there were repeated instances of Joss standing outside his property calling him names and telling him that “he is coming for him.”

Joss had a history with weapons, according to police reports. An SAPD information report collected at the property on July 9, 2024, stated that Joss had been reported for causing disturbances with a gun in the past and had his guns confiscated by officers. While entering Joss' vacant home on the information report with an administrative warrant, SAPD found a crossbow with an arrow chambered, which could not be disengaged due to a malfunctioning safety. SAPD took the crossbow and placed it in a patrol car."

Yeah. I dunno if it's arrogance as much as it's a culture bubble. In that particular case maybe. However, American culture feels omnipotent, especially in America. It's much more difficult to get exposure to other cultures, art, movies, music etc. instead, it's constant American pop music, Hollywood, Americanized versions of things. There are folks from other countries and cultural backgrounds, but they're usually trying to fit in. Also, as an American traveling to other countries, there are tons of pieces of American culture. Can't get away from Hollywood movies, American music, fast food chains, etc. Maybe that does embolden Americans to do things like that.

Exactly. Most of them are too poor to travel and the ones who aren't would go on a cruise or something. Generally speaking. I couldn't imagine one even going to Russia or Belarus. That would involve research, planning and other cultures.

Why would a MAGAt leave? They're happier than a pig in shit at the moment.
