Windows has a onedrive folder locally, which is the one that person is talking about. C: users isn’t in the onedrive folder.

What we call left and right wing are centre-left and centre-right. Neither extreme works, and neither party are extreme. Some, mainly the centre-left, are starting to dabble with extreme opinions - “gender identity” and mass immigration for example - but neither are full “left wing” or “right wing”.

Why would it run it from the cloud? Any file you try to open is downloaded locally first.
I’m sorry but this is just not true. It does not and never has defaulted to having system folders in onedrive.
You’re wanting to take the thing that people use precisely because they don’t want to pay anything and trying to make it not only paid, but a subscription service…….not for me but hey I’m always down to see new things get made. Good luck.
Edit: reading your other comments it seems like you’re just selling VPS’s that you’ll be renting off someone else and marking up, and you’ll just run some software on it that will try to combine stuff that already exists and is easy to set up.

Women and men do different jobs. Women don't tend to work in the mines, in construction, on fishing boats, etc - all dangerous but high paying jobs. Men don't tend to be healthcare workers or teachers or secretaries or yoga teachers, all lower paying and less risky jobs. This is why women earn less on average - the jobs they do pay less, no matter what sex you are. It's not a "gender" pay gap, it's a job pay gap. Some jobs pay more than others, more at 9!
