AI Summary:

In December 2020, hunters stumbled upon the bodies of two elite Fort Bragg soldiers—Delta Force Master Sergeant William “Billy” Lavigne II and Chief Warrant Officer Timothy Dumas Sr.—executed in an apparent professional hit and dumped in a remote wooded area. Both men were allegedly involved in trafficking cocaine through Mexican cartels, dealing and using drugs on base, and preparing tell‑all exposés about corruption within Special Forces and JSOC. Despite multiple suspects and layers of military investigation, the murders remain unsolved years later  .

Rolling Stone journalist Seth Harp, drawing on declassified documents, trial transcripts, police records, and hundreds of interviews, situates these killings within a shadowy network of narco‑trafficking, violence, and cover‑ups entrenched in America’s highest‑tier special operations units. The article explores unaccounted overdoses and other unexplained deaths at Fort Bragg, alleging that powerful soldiers trafficked drugs and carried out murders with impunity, facilitated by corruption in law enforcement and willful omission by military authorities.

It’s unlikely because Trump doesn’t want it to, in an attempt to save himself from being outed even more.

Ugh, so we have to deal with the controversy for another five weeks.

Probably depends on the context and community, and where it’s hosted.

I have the same issue. I’m on VPN, but other apps seem to be working fine.

The web needs a new web. The internet was never created for privacy and security. People trying to plug the holes isn’t enough.

I’m looking for some songs that are basically just someone wailing on a guitar, with little or no lyrics.  Something like Hendrix or Eddie Hazel or Bluesy like Shuggie Otis.

What do you recommend?

Another Eurovision winner (ABBA blew up in Eurovision)

Ok, I’m cheating a little because it was technically released in the late 90s, but it’s peak was definitely in the 2000s.

I’m excited to see Vladimir Prelovac from Kagi’s talk.

What talks (or anything else) are you looking forward to? Link for inspiration.

Discuss.

Ernest Cline before Ready Player One

Police have confirmed there will be no congestion for eight hours.
