idk spelling I just spell it how I sound it out which probably just betrays my accent

Word word number saying "legitimate legal and justified strike against a military target" like it's reading from a list of talking points. nothing suspicious about that, nothing at all.

Trans will never seek hegemony or engage in expansionism

Kh-101 was developed after the USSR

Why would they use AI pictures when getting a random's picture up there is much safer? They've already put a community note that the guy's shown up supposedly. Looks like conjecture.

That is how it appears in the State Museum of Arts named after A. Kasteev, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. A little bit about the author...

From 1929 to 1931, Kasteev studied the arts in the Almaty studio of Russian painter Nikolai Gavrilovich Khludov. Khludov was the founder of the first school of artistry in Kazakhstan, which opened in 1921. It was foundational to the development of arts in Kazakhstan and Kyrgizstan.

Kasteev continued his studies from 1934 to 1937 in Moscow, in the art studio named after Nadezhda Krupskaya, the Russian revolutionary and wife of Lenin.

He was proclaimed the People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR in 1944, owing to him being the premier Kazakh artist and watercolorist. The Almaty state museum was renamed in his honour in 1984.

The painting "Kapchagai Hydroelectric Power Station", from an online archive.

This landscape depicts the Kapchagai hydro power plant (built 1965-1970), which is cradled on the Ili river in Almaty.

Here are some photos of the HPP:

Kasteev was the Chairman of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan for a period. He was also a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of the 4th–6th convocations.

His selfportrait was reproduced on the postage stamps of Kazakhstan in 2004. Many of his paintings also appear on postage stamps.

Curious just how many of you have them.

Artist Kamil Mullashev is closely linked to three nations: China, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
He was born in Urumqi on 27 of October, 1944 and took his first steps within the arts; in Russia he received his higher professional art education, and in 1972 he entered the painting department of the Moscow State Art Institute named after V. I. Surikov; and
Kazakhstan - which is associated with most of the life and work of the artist.

Youth. The central part of the triptych "Earth and Time. Kazakhstan".

Fame found him quickly. His thesis, the triptych "Earth and Time. Kazakhstan" was acquired by the State Tretyakov Gallery after its exhibition at the All-Union Exhibition. It was reproduced many times.

Bread strada. The right part of the triptych "Earth and Time. Kazakhstan".

The artist succinctly and meaningfully embodied the image of the republic, identifying three main components in it: oil, virgin land, and space.
