Probably with good reason to be fair, doesn't seem like the IDF is anywhere near as combat effective as it was back during the cold war. I suppose that's what spending decades shooting unarmed grandmothers with baskets of olives rather than fighting any sort of peer war or insurgency does to a military. Obviously not to say that fighting the IDF is a walk in the park, but I couldn't imagine them holding out for long against Hezbollah or the like without outside support.
