A straight kiss too, lol

Not going to happen with that idiot in office. He cut basically all manufacturing initiatives.

Please do it, especially red and formerly purple states. It's the only way back. They need to realize what happens when you're an idiot.

It's amazing how bad Linux and Windows are at sleeping on my laptops. My steam deck has a power drain issue too, even when fully powered off.

I'm seeing 25c in London. Is it hotter in other parts? I remember visiting Germany in 41.5 degree heat. That was toasty!

Plus, they occasionally release pretty decent music

Nobody wants to do that. North Korea is a shithole-class country that hates SK, is propped up by China, and to a lesser extent, Russia, who basically use them as slave labor and cannon fodder for their illegal war in Ukraine.

While NATO could easily steamroll NK, SK is right there and would get heavily damaged in a war. And then SK would probably have to take care of a ton of starving, brainwashed, uneducated people and a bombed flat country. Nobody wants to fix them, and superpowers like China are actively working against peaceful initiatives like reunification.

It's an injustice for the world, but there's much bigger fish to fry on the world stage right now. Existential, extinction-class threats like climate change and nuclear war. Democracies fighting tooth and nail against totalitarianism, like Ukraine. And western countries in various fights against the predictable but extremely annoying rise in fascism.

They're smoking symbiotes.

Was this one shorter than last years? Seems like things didn't change much once things were initially sketched out.

Why are the states that are most vulnerable to climate change also the ones also rushing to wipe themselves out? It makes no sense to me, especially post-Katrina. You know what's going to happen, dog.

A lot of these are extremely horny. Culture really has changed.

I think the only games I've bought and haven't played are VR games that I can't play because my index is in storage, or bundled/gifted/giveaway games that I got but didn't really want. Vanishingly few, in other words.

It was a very unlikely win. Some, if not all players on this team have day jobs.

In effect, Mr. Trump’s candidacy is becoming a referendum on what kind of justice system the country believes it has now and wants to have in the future

Sweet :)

Hopefully, some of these get added along dangerous intersections in south and west Seattle. UW could also use some.

I'm sure they are working on a youtube messaging app behind the scenes.

Though the stockpile is gone due to multiple outbreaks, the good news is that we are going from one manufacturer to multiple, and the original company is sharing the vaccine recipe with other companies in order to get this outbreak under control. Meanwhile, another drug company is building a new vaccine that should be coming out in 2025.

A lot of our grid is actually comprised of various smaller entities. Advanced Reconductoring could help, as building new lines takes ages due to permitting and localized red tape. We don't have a central authority to coordinate building new lines, so upgrading existing lines to better technology could allow us to get closer to bridging the gap.

However, one of the downsides is that it will still be difficult to connect new solar and wind farms in remote areas, due to the need to build virgin powerlines spanning urban-rural areas. This is one tool we can do in the present - near future in order to improve our grid. Another is advanced monitoring sensors so we can transfer more electricity without accidently overloading transmission lines. Both are relatively low-cost alternatives to building new lines.

The more data we collect, the more we realize our assumptions about the universe may be incorrect. This is the first year data of a multi-year study on mapping the position of galaxies.
