Shit, I didn't realize that asshole senator (Mastriano) won. Wishing you guys the best with that one, and hoping he's run out of town next election.

Honestly, probably a good thing, politics aside. These areas are all ones that are gonna get fucked by climate change tomorrow. My only hope is that it's blackrock's stupid """investments""" getting destroyed in a hurricane or getting turned into a desert.
Probably many. Nobody had any resistance to diseases from either landmass, so even the common cold corona viruses probably wiped the floor of the Americas. Smallpox kicked the shit out of everyone, as did measles, and malaria always kicks the crap out of people too, though that might have been native to the Americas already.
New diseases were also introduced to Europe, though the severity was probably much lower. One of the STDs is a new world disease, though I forget which one. I think it's syphilis.
BF1 with standard issue rifles was great. One week had standard issue only, and it was a ton of fun, but a lot of people whined because it was "too hard" lol. (Getting shot generally killed you instantly).
BF1 was also one of the only games where shotguns were as powerful as their IRL counterparts. Once again, people complained that they'd get dropped by a shotgun 3x-4x the range of a video game shotgun. People didn't realize that shotguns have an effective range greater than 2m IRL, lol. Unfortunately, all the standard weapons were nerfed, all the prototypes or three person guns were modified to be one person, and buffed. And unfortunately, that was the last game patch, so things were left horribly imbalanced in an otherwise amazing game. Still, WW1-era fighting and ship tactics still work.
My family is super snuggly. Apparently, few human families are. Seems odd, watching how other animal families and societies function.
I like the idea, but people have a bad habit of just pissing all over the urinal itself. Some people have remarkably bad aim. Make it wide, haha.

Wonderful. Only one brand I drink is completely plastic free the other has nylon bags for their weirder teas, but looks to be mostly safe(?).
I'm glad I've switched to loose leaf for most tea these days. Though even that tea comes in a plastic-lined bag. :P
