Source is they made it the fuck up.
Likewise, other Countries are making offers for a Tariff reduction. All of this will help reduce our Trade Deficit in a very major way. A full report will be released at the appropriate time," he said.
A reduction on the additional tariffs that were imposed in response to the US tariffs on them. None of this is actually benefitting the US, at best these deals amount to small mutual climbdowns. Do not let Trump fool you into thinking his strategy is working.
Also the fact that they still don't have a partner company selected to develop those oil reserves is very telling. In the modern climate, with renewables getting cheaper and Saudi Arabia dumping oil to crash everyone else out of the market, I'm not sure if anyone actually wants the massive risk of developing a new oil field.
While I whole heartedly agree that any amount of concession to Trump is validating his strategy to some degree, I do also want to stress to the people only learning about this through headlines just how incredibly weak this deal is. Aside from a mutual lowering of tariffs, the EU supposedly agreed to ~$600bn in investments in the US. But that figure is bullshit. All of the investment is coming from private enterprise. The EU just asked those sectors what they were already planning to invest and then put that number in the deal. It's not new investment and the EU has zero control over whether or not it actually happens. And most of it won't, because Trump is making the US increasingly hostile to investors. So no actual concessions have been made here, aside from both sides agreeing to climb down on the tariffs a little.
BTW, the Japan deal is exactly the same.
I came here to say this exact same thing. Videogames are an art form, and the history of that art should be preserved, both the successes and the failures. People should be able to look back on what was a hit and what was flop, on the ideas that worked and the ones that didn't, on the well made games and the badly made games. All of it matters, all of it is part of the same story.
They absolutely can. Paradoxically, Republicans actually want everyone to think of gerrymandering as vote rigging, even though they claim its not. That's because they want Dem voters to feel depressed and stay home. I reality (explanation here for the people that don't know), while gerrymandering is vote rigging, it's not ballot stuffing or some other form of blatant cheating like that. Rather, it relies on spreading your voters as thinly as possible to win as many seats as possible, because in first past the past winning a seat by 5% is as good as winning by 25%. But this leaves you vulnerable; if the numbers swing hard against you - say, because you have a staggeringly unpopular president - you can end up losing a lot of seats as all those thin margins shatter at once. This tactic could really blow up in their faces, and people need to know that so they know to get out and vote. Turnout will be critical.
It sounds great, but in practice it really doesn't work. It's not just the vastly different power levels, it's the vastly different scope of the threats each splat is facing. In Vampire your main concern is internal and external politics. Meanwhile Werewolves are in an all out war with Cthulhu, and Mages are battling an enemy that routinely rewrites reality itself. These things are not compatible.
It was a desperate attempt to create some level of compatibility that lead to New WOD, but that didn't really solve the problem and in the process it destroyed most of what made the individual splats interesting in the first place.
You're better off with something like Dresden Files if that's the kind of game you're looking to run. WOD isn't really set up for it.
And what percentage of those were pastors and priests?
Yes I expect to get downvoted
You should. Not because you're some bold warrior for free speech valiantly defying the woke mob like you seem to think, but because you're just flat out wrong. You're spreading disinformation and acting like you're standing up for facts.
Trans women who are engaged in medical transition are either taking high dose androgen blockers, or have had their source of androgens removed entirely. In fact, the average medically transitioning trans woman has less testosterone than the average cis woman. I know trans women who work out, who engage in physical sports and even combat sports. They struggle immensely with the fact that their bodies just flat out refuse to build muscle. I know people who do the kind of exercise and eat the kind of diet that would put the average guy at 200-220lbs within a year, and their bodies resolutely refuse to go past 140-160.
Trans women are at an astonishing disadvantage in sports. The few who excel do so either because they're in sports where those disadvantages don't matter (in which case, there's no advantage to be concerned about either) or do so in spite of those disadvantages. This can be seen in the numbers; until recent panics started leading to bannings, many international sports including pretty much all of the olympics allowed trans women to compete as their stated gender, and yet trans women are actually under-represented among trophy and medal holders. Statistically, by sheer population ratio, they should be winning more than they are.
Transphobes love to latch on to any individual example of a trans woman performing well as if it justifies their argument, but when looked at in aggregate the statistics show that there is no danger of unfairness being posed by trans women in sports. No amount of bullshit about "bone density" and other meaningless shit that has never been suggested to matter in these competitions until hateful bigots needed an excuse can change the reality that sports are doing just fine. The only reason more trans women are winning in sports now is because more trans women are competing in sports, because more people feel comfortable openly expressing this part of their identity.
Because of course they're fucking TERFs.
Totally reasonable.
For anyone wondering, yes, it's a bundle, yes they're free. It will add everything to your account, so keep in that in mind if you're worried about what other people think of your games library.
However, GOG does also have the option to hide games from your library, so do with that information what you will.
I am personally very strongly of the opinion that porn is morally neutral. Porn can express bad themes or spread bad ideas in the same way that any other media can and porn can be manufactured in ways that exploit workers, just like any other media can. But porn simply being porn doesn't make it bad or embarrassing. We don't have to justify porn by defending its artistic merits; porn can have amazing themes and ideas and powerful messages, and porn can be nothing but a bunch of sex that's there to get you horny and neither has more or less inherent value than the other. There's nothing wrong with movies that exist primarily for action and spectacle (see The Raid, one of the greatest movies ever made) and there's nothing wrong with games that exist primarily to be a bunch of insane over the top violence driven by nothing but rule of cool. If you think those things are OK, but draw the line at sex, maybe sit down and have a think about why that is, and where you learned those values. No judgement, just an encouragement to always test your own thinking for consistency.
