Yeah it's the reason, back on Reddit, that I'm able to see posts from smaller subreddits show up near the top of my feed because it's popular relative to the number of subscribers of that subreddit.

And that's how you lose talent...

I don't mind visiting the office once in awhile, say 2 or 3 times a month. But to mandate it to every day is asinine. I'm never going back to wasting 3 hours a day sitting in a train/stuck in traffic.

Not a racist but will happily vote for racist policies like restrictive voting laws, agrees with removing affirmative action, bans teachings and books on systemic racism and our racist past, bans abortions which will hit minority communities the hardest. Right. He just doesn't say the N word in public but you can definitely agree he's a racist.

Oh forgot, he's donated to for-profit prisons!

If the majority of the service requests are that quick, then it's probably something you can automate or by providing a knowledge base. It's the complex problems that require a human and I see us needing that for the foreseeable future
