If you look at the very first page, it says " property of the US government"

I'm pretty sure the USA does not own my South American and European passports nor my driving licences

This has nothing to do with Google Chrome. Chrome in this case is the set of user interface elements of the application window that are outside the window's content area.

As far as I know, Firefox has been using this Chrome protocol way before Google Chrome was even a thing.

Seems like the bug where random things become light mode, on Android 15. I think you can toggle off and on dark mode and it'll be fixed, or change your colour theme to something else and back.

Patents are about how you achieve a goal, not the goal itself. You can have multiple parents on "switching for character to vehicle on top down 2D environment" as long as the means to do so are not the same.

it quite literally takes 5 minutes with a WebUSB installer.

With a supported phone, on a Chromium browser on Windows. It takes much more than that usually, depending on device, to unlock the bootloader and install a custom ROM

If you can't have fun then no one can, right?

Hey, anything to get the CEO yet another raise

If you root, unlock your bootloader or run a custom ROM, nothing changes since your device does not pass the integrity checks and Google already had a feature for developers to block apps from running on those devices.

These new additions are also entirely irrelevant for apps distributed outside of the Play Store since Play Integrity requires the app being downloaded from the store.

Also, all of these additions are entirely up to the developers to add, Google is not forcing anything.
