Warrior princesses (or otherwise 'fighting refined ladies') -- Who aren't tomboys, and are in fact fully feminine coded, but can still kick ass with the best of 'em. (Princess Leia, some iterations of Zelda, Rarity from MLP in a way though she's not a princess, etc.)

One niche I think is severely underserved is like. A good guy who serves straight up classic villain aesthetics. Like someone who's refined, and cunning, always plotting something, and if the setting has superpowers, they got an 'evil' coded power... But their goals are those of a good guy. I don't think I've ever seen a character like that, unless you count Col. Mustang from the Fullmetal Alchemist anime/manga, who ticks at least a few of the boxes.

EVAs (from evangelion) are sentient. And can be autonomous but -everyone would rather they didn't

But often the people that most vehemently stamp their feet about how rational they are, are the most emotionally-driven (and spiteful) motherfuckers in the planet. Cranking about how they are rational beings while being entirely driven by negative emotions from high school times that they never addressed.

Once during a sleep paralysis I no joke felt an unseen figure spooning me.

• The illusion that we are "rational" has done more damage than good, and if we were to just embrace that emotions are not just real, but a stronger influence on people's behaviour (and therefore reality) than any facts, we might start getting somewhere as a species.
