Lying under oath is perjury, which is a crime.

The US has very strong free speech protections.

The company makes one bad decision amid a sea of great decisions and all people online can do is complain about it like it's the end of the world.

It's unfortunate. Don't let perfect be the enemy of the good.

Yes and no. There are certain things you can do on the margin, such as eating more satiating foods, but ultimately you will likely feel hunger pangs when you are eating below your caloric maintenance.

I don't mean to say that one should always feel hungry, regardless of what they are eating.

Honestly, this helps motivate my weight loss. When you're hungry you know you're doing something right.

I am asking this question because I want more capable abs to power my exercise routine. I am aware of the body fat percentage requirements to reveal them.

Back in the day some iPhones could run janky forms of Android/Linux. I don't think it ever got to daily driver status but it was surprisingly feature complete.

I highly recommend the book "Can't Hurt Me" about the life of David Goggins. His exercise dependency is next level.
