They are great, but the price tag is a bit hard to justify to be honest.

A bidet attachment for about €75 though? Incredible value

This doesn't match my experience with them at all - the sizing of them was comparable to the standard sizes found in Sweden where I live, which was more than enough.

The right-wing that is currently in power doesn't really see it that way, unfortunately.

I feel you. We had no snow at all during December, but January has been decently white at this point.

It complicates running and biking, but it's definitely pretty.

To be clear, I'm not encouraging getting that device, just saying - anyone owning a Tesla having their rug pulled once more could pursue alternative means as opposed to forking up a fun amount of money for what seems to be a pretty shit feature, all things considered.

Seems like you can run OpenPilot on it, giving you back these features without a subscription.

So that would be an option for anyone reluctantly owning a Tesla

While winter is far from my favourite season, it has its charms:

  • Cold temperature outside means indoors is never too hot for comfort
  • The snow is pretty
  • Winter sports are fun

Given the choice, I would take spring or autumn however, which has more sunlight and better conditions for biking

This is comparing apples to oranges - Gare du Nord supports far, far more transportation than the highway interchange does.

  1. I did a mix of driving with my parents and taking driving classes.

I didn't hurry up to take it because it's not mandatory to drive where I've lived so far, and where I live now it's completely optional. These days I drive very rarely, most commonly when visiting family.

good benefits and perks.

Didn't they literally just introduce free coffee at the office post-pandemic?

Not to say that I would willingly choose to work at Amazon, but I do know the reason. It's documented here: https://www.levels.fyi/companies/amazon/salaries/software-engineer

I'm not sure it's even possible for me to cringe harder at this point
