Yes. While mostly viewed as morally wrong/ethically gray, or fraud even, that’s your decision to make.
I was going to ask if she maybe had setup an accessibility shortcut for that (back tap or triple press). But after seeing the video, I would try wiping it and starting fresh to see if it still happens. Make a backup first of course.
