Went hiking by myself once up a mountain in Aspen about a week or 2 after a mountain lion attack. I was about 1000ft up from the base in the woods when I noticed it was too quiet. I questioned my judgment and turned my ass around and couldn't have gotten down that mountain any faster.

Yup, they don't mark up prices, they allow you to proxy traffic though them, and they have a WAF that you can set up 5 (I think) firewall rules for your traffic for free.

I 2nd this as I use them too. However, Ubiquiti devices are not cheap.

Figured. A lot of people just straight believe everything they are told and remain ignorant to how things work. If your job offers any type of benefits, fucking read all of the documentation and if you don't understand something, ASK QUESTIONS! So many people I work with are oblivious to some benefits available to them and when I try to explain, "hey this one thing is basically free money", they shrug it off. Whatever, your loss.

4th option: They don't know how a 401k works.

Going to second this. I have a Titan XL from 2019 and it's still going strong. Only issue has been a small crack in the side of 1 of the armrests. I haven't bothered replacing it because it doesn't affect functionality, just aesthetics. The cushion is firm as a chair cushion should be for proper support. It supports my tall, heavy ass no problem. I work from home half the week and I'm pretty comfortable. I cannot speak to newer versions of the chair though. I know about 3 or 4 people that have the Titan XL as well and haven't heard any negatives from them.

Pay the teachers better and let them do their jobs. My local county is top heavy with overpaid administrators. They could probably cut the admins in half and hire more teachers with better pay. But no, gotta have 6 figure useless oversight.
