I'm not sure how big the budgets were 20ish years ago, but these 2 for me:
- the Royal Tenenbaums
- Sideways
Both are very well reviewed by the public/reviewers and I cannot fathom why.
Yet another (IMO of course) in a Looooooong line of titles that did not need to be re-done. The 2 minutes I've just seen of this are more than enough to tell me how I will view this if I were to see it.
I have an idea for Hollywood...make less movies, but make them better than you're doing now...and stop being so fucking lazy, and create a story/movie that's somehow a bit different.
Seems kind of worrying that the best doctors in whatever field of medicine this is, can only correctly diagnose cases no better (or very slightly better) than 1 out of 5 times.

British comedies I usually enjoy, so I'm on these ones now.
I just started watching these shows this week:
- Only Fools and Horses (1981)
- The Royle Family (1998)
- Earthworm Jim (1995)
and I'm also now just watching the final season of Seinfeld.
Captain Janeway on Voyager. I really think I absolutely hate Kate Mulgrew as an actor.
The greatest movie ever made in fact ☻ (IMO of course). I just watched it this morning after hearing the news. RIP Nick Rivers
+1 on the Max Payne mention...great game!
Came out near the time of my favorite PC game, Unreal Tournament.
As far as arcade games, I'd say maybe Rygar or Dragon's Lair...but those are so old (like I am) that I might not be remembering them so well?
I'm enjoying Railway Empire. It's on for 75% off the base game and pretty good deal for the entire DLC & Japan collections.
If you love time-wasters with some challenges, then I'd recommend it.
