Here's a list of MasterCard's toll-free phone numbers in various countries: https://www.mastercard.fi/content/dam/public/mastercardcom/na/global-site/documents/global-services-phone-numbers.pdf

And here's the same for Visa: https://www.visa.fi/content/dam/VCOM/download/personal/security/gcas_general_numbers.pdf

And the content of that file, in case that they might remove that link:

Itse olen kerran mennyt VR:n piikkiin taksilla välin Lempäälä–Toivakka, n. 205 km, kun juna Helsinki–Jyväskylä oli myöhässä lumen tukittua vaihteita milloin missäkin.

Trump wouldn't act that guilty if it was.

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 2 points 3 days ago

Oh, you want to say that those billionaires basically also only are billionaires Because of how economy works?

No, I don't. (And the rest of your message was based on the assumption that I do)

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 1 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Do you have to somehow enable them? There is a common standard for paying directly from your online bank here in Finland, but Steam doesn't seem to support it.

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 0 points 4 days ago (1 children)

They are. A Just read the text without biases and you'll notice. It preaches to its own congregation, but looks like a simple stupid claim to anyone it might actually benefit.

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 1 points 4 days ago (3 children)

It's obvious for you and for me. It's not obvious to everyone. And it's non-obvious to the majority.

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 6 points 4 days ago

I don't think it will be an apocalypse movie, because nobody will want to watch it at that point.

Unless it's a documentary, of course. "This is why we will all die."

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 2 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Uh... That sounds disgusting. Toilet paper does zero to protect your hands. It's so thin and perforated that bacteria pass through it as if it wasn't there at all. The point of TP is that it collects poop and pee.

After wiping, you wash your hands with a LOT of. soap, because your hand is full of poop bacteria

It looks like OP wasn't taught this by their parents and just walk around smearing shit in every door handle that comes across. Not something I wanted to have to know about...

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 6 points 4 days ago

Belarusian hackers apparently did pretty precisely this to the biggest airline in the Russia, Aeroflot. They had been doing something for a whole year that successfully disabled Aeroflot's backups, and deleted everything from every computer belonging to that company. They no longer know who's working for them, for example.

I'd assume they must've done pretty precisely what you just described. So, it has been done once. And it probably will be done again, somewhere.

[–] Tuuktuuk@sopuli.xyz 1 points 4 days ago

I do agree with you 100%, and what you are saying is what I was trying to communicate.

Either we both understand what economy is, or neither does.

However, one of us has a better command of the English language than the other, and the better one isn't called Tuukka :)

The text manages to be quite surprising to me.

There was talk about USA wanting a share of Ukraine's mineral wealth, but this agreement looks more like an agreement about funding of Ukraine's reconstruction. It says that half of all income that Ukraine will free from the Russia will have to be put in this fund, but if the fund will be used for reconstructing Ukraine, how does this benefit USA?

Maybe it can be used for building mines for American companies, for them to use for free? Or maybe the fund can be liquidated and the money shared between Ukraine and USA?

But, my untrained eye cannot really recognize whatever shenanigans there might be hidden in the text.
