Mit der Perspektive schwer zu sagen, aber wenn man mit nem neumodischen Lenker noch das Fahrrad rausfahren können will vielleicht 5 oder? Klar, kann man auch 10 hin quetschen, aber das macht keiner.

Ich weiß, ich bin hier im Kreiswichs für Fahrräder. Aber Leute, Individualverkehr skaliert nicht. Auch das tolle Rad nicht. Wirklich helfen in Großstädten tut nur der ÖPNV.

I've never heard it with the asteroid explanation. But thousands of people die every year in car crashes. Most in single occupant vehicles, but a bus can be involved too.

I have used https://github.com/Nixola/VRRTest before to check the refresh frequency. I use X11 and wanted to check if my 144Hz monitors work with my older 60Hz one. Set the test mode to squares and the frame rate to twice your monitor's refresh rate. You should see every second square light up. If this is not the case, play around with the frame rate in the program until every second square lights up.

I can't see the difference either though. Yes, the mouse moves a bit quicker if I pay attention to it. But I do not care or notice, to be honest.

Your usecase may be different, but I am usually not required to catch solid color frames in my day to day computer use.

What is a reasonable bar for human behavior? Would it be reasonable for 1% of people to have library destroying tendencies? What about 0.1%?

Es geht hier nicht um die langfristig nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung, sondern darum, dass China Infrastruktur in anderen Ländern nutzen kann um geopolitische Interessen zu betonen.

Aber die Sache ist halt schon, dass die ganzen Regeln einzig und allein aufgrund von Autos existieren.

Wenn kein Auto involviert ist ist es tatsächlich egal. Falls du Koordinaten von Ampeln auf Rad/Rad oder Fußgänger/Rad oder Fußgänger/Fußgänger Kreuzungen hast will ich die unbedingt sehen! Bis jetzt habe ich nämlich noch von keiner einzigen gehört. Der Zyniker sagt das liegt daran, dass für Fahrradinfrastruktur kein Geld ausgegeben wird, aber viel wahrscheinlicher ist es, dass Personen auf kleinen wendigen und muskelgetriebenen Maschinen halt einfach keine so starren Regeln brauchen.

Noch dazu kommt, dass man sich meistens als Außenseiter auf Autoinfrastruktur bewegt. Das natürliche Verhalten schneidet sich mit den Regeln, die auf dem Papier gelten. Das Verhalten von Radfahrern auf Straßen muss man also mit Autos in Spielstraßen, Fahrradstraßen und Fußgängerzonen vergleichen. Und auch wenn da zum Glück nicht oft was passiert schneidet da der durchschnittliche Autofahrer auch nicht gut ab (Schrittgeschwindigkeit ist doch 15kmh, oder?)
