You can still make them! Even on your own if you have a moderately good PC.

It's just that it's kinda useless, and finding a good image for the background is hard. You need something the AI can use to set the brightness, but no matter if it's bright or dark it must still be recognizable as part of the background image. So the image needs to be something without overarching structure. But you need overarching structure to fool the viewer into believing it's just a normal image.

Da hast du geschickt das "vorschreiben" in der zitierten Aussage in deiner Antwort darauf zu "anregen" geändert. Ich will jetzt nicht sagen, dass das schon ein Strohmann ist. Aber wenn du jetzt Argumente bringst warum man Leute zum klimafreundlichen Heizen anregen soll hat das halt nur noch wenig mit dem Zitat zu tun.

Außerdem lese ich das Zitat so, dass sich ein Zustimmen oder Ablehnen auf die Beobachtung des Ausbreitens der genannten Politik bezieht, nicht den Inhalt eben jener.

Google automatic1111, it's the program to run if you want to generate AI images. You can put in the original photo, use the built in editor and request the face of a pretty man/woman/elephant (for all I care) and it'll generate a face and merge it with the surrounding image perfectly.

Requires a graphics card with a few gigabytes of vram though, so there is a certain hardware requirement if you want to do this locally.

Mp4 and mkv are container formats. Your comment is somewhat equivalent to "where are you guys getting text files that can't be displayed, I've only ever seen zip files".

The codec in the container is what needs to be played, and can fail to render correctly.

It depends, there are decent chances you'll get the video to play from the next I frame onwards.
