It’s true and kinda gives me hope during an eventual conflict scenario with chuds. Like think about the GWOT, Jan 6, hell even these new wars. American high command DO NOT HAVE A PLAN. They just don’t, they enter conflicts with the absolute bare minimum of information and intelligence and then try to take institutions of power. I really think that mentality has trickled down into the general population and they think that’s how wars are won. But the thing is America hasn’t won a war since WW2.

I would really hope that’s the case regarding civilians. They don’t deserve to be there and considering the state of these towns and cities after fighting has ceased there really isn’t anything to go back to. Yeah I remember especially before and at the start of the SMO civilians were the main drivers of his content, but now it’s different. Still interesting from a military point of view but really I think we’re all ready for this thing to end.
Yeah Ritter is very much still a liberal at heart, but he definitely set the bar pretty high for what a lib could do. Obviously he’s still a former marine and he’s actively planned and executed operations against Americas enemies, so critical support is in order, but the analysis is sound and definitely deserves respect for trying to stop Iraq from happening. Even his analysis about Palestine/israel can be confusing but mostly correct. Mcgregor is definitely the worst analysis of the three and also the worst brainworms of the three. I mainly look at him as a second data point to Ritter and also to take a view at where the right wing might be going ideologically going forward. He has a pretty decently sized audience and he definitely lets his political opinions drive his thinking.

Absolutely. I guess I’m just sad that most people who are out there actually spreading quality information seem to be right wing mostly. Lancaster, Ritter, and Macgregor are probably the three most prominent. Critical support for their info is what I’m saying. Even more so for Macgregor he seems to be the worst of the bunch.
Definitely an admirable position he’s taken on the war and the reporting is top notch. Literally no one else is doing what he’s doing in the west, but I do get the feeling he’s at least center right politically.

October 7th was a monumental achievement for Palestinians. It was a well thought out and executed operation. That being said it was essentially a large raid on Israel. Hamas’s biggest asset is the tunnel network they’ve built and fight from. If they try to go toe to toe on Israeli territory I don’t think it’ll work out for them and they’ll suffer a lot of unnecessary casualties.
