I’m Mexican, but was born in the us. I’ve done the work these people typically do for most of my life so far and all I can really do is laugh when anyone suggests getting rid of us. The rhetoric has gotten pretty bad recently but I can’t really imagine deporting easily the hardest working portion of the workforce and thinking whites are gonna step on up and fill the void, It’s not gonna happen. Obviously if you want to go ahead, shovels are right there, but that hasn’t been my experience really.

This comment reminds me of that one post where the guy is commenting on his friends balls and is like “I’m not gay but my friend has juicy smooth balls. both balls, each exactly the same size as the other”

It makes sense for the setting because that’s a hella old timey way to say it.

I think they have a good head start to oppose American military interests in the region just by having developed domestic hypersonic missiles, but the other essential component is missiles defense which I’m not sure how advanced Chinas is. China has a lot to learn about modern war however so I’m sure they’re keeping a very close eye on Ukraine and applying it to their area.

It really needs to be said that China has been extremely naive, almost downright stupid, about Americas intentions until the Ukraine Crisis. They have a lot of work to do, but I think they’re coming around to it.

I would assume they’ve at least done it for propaganda purposes. That being said I still don’t think it’s ISIS

Nah there are a lot of moving pieces to the Ukraine situation now. Regardless of how Ukraine was started it has to be noted that whatever money has been given to Ukraine by the US, that tap is drying up. These are all capitalist countries so money speaks before anyone enters a room and Europe is the source of most Ukrainian financing as of late. The Europeans also seem to be making decisions for themselves on how this is gonna go with France and Germany getting bold on strategy. Ukraine is desperate and desperate countries do stupid and desperate shit.

The point of the initial poster was that how can you know what the trend for having children at whatever age is already for Gen Z if they just reached the average age to have children? But they’re already trending older than the average of past generations. You don’t really need to wait another 5 or 10 years, the trend is already there and the causes for that trend don’t look to be going away anytime soon.

Yes that means they’re already older than previous generations for having children that’s my point.
