Once again, chill out, Russia’s got this.
The Chinese have eaten every punch and it’s made them the number one economic power on the planet. I think they know what they’re doing. This is bad in the short term, but it’s not even an issue long term, nothing to blow a gasket over jeez.
Alternatively, and not to take away from your post, but why can I not find any information about the death toll of the Great Depression?

Partitioning would work I think, but the main point is the US breaking up independently is not really on the table for the rest of the world. It’s too unstable for other nations to do nothing. Imagine 4 or 5 new Israel’s all threatening to annihilate not only one another, but also any one of old Americas enemies? It’s not going to happen imho

The dropping of the bombs had really nothing to do with getting Japan to surrender and everything to do with intimidating the Soviets who were already invading Manchuria.
