Yes.
The US doesn't have any meaningful number of submarines not nuclear powered. Almost all are (probably*) nuclear capable if sufficiently equipped.
Specifically, not all nuclear capabilities require ICBM's. This is a very critical difference. Many fast attacks are fully capable of, albeit more limited nuclear capabilities, than their boomer counterparts, along with more traditional payloads.
