The counties she won are strongly Democrat majority. SC has open primaries, and the Democrat primary was even more of a joke than usual this year; it would not surprise me if a significant number of Haley's votes came from people who will vote for the Democrat in the general.

I almost went to vote Haley just to be a little shit, but in the end decided I had better things to do. I'm just glad I'm going to stop getting texts from her campaign now.

That one is not just libs, it's extremely widespread. I think the process is people use "reactionary" instead of "reactive", because longer word = smarter.
