It's good timing that I've been learning Docker to run Jellyfin and *arr. Guess I'll look into throwing matrix or mattermost on there now, too.

Easily the hardest of the 3. And you're right, they're all very different games from each other.
The chuds at the top (most of them, anyways) know that this will likely lead to ww3, and that's been the plan. The US is the preeminent military power, so they feel safe, and there's a shit load of money to be made in war and instability.
The chuds at the bottom voting for US isolationism don't understand just how much an interconnected world benefits them and how bad dedollarization is going to be for them. But then that goes along with a lot of people not understanding the benefits of concepts like soft power, humanitarian aid, foreign assistance, etc.
Stupid fucking chickens...

I bought my Mazda 3 used. The captain's knob will be sorely missed if I ever get a different car.
Units are important!

From what I understand, they were only able to do this because the funds were still sitting in an intermediary account and had not been moved into an actual NYC account. If the funds had been moved, they would have had to ask for the funds back from NYC instead of just taking them.
I can't remember if my source was an article or a podcast, but I know it was a few days to a week after the incident happened because all of the initial reporting was framed exactly like this.
