I'd also like to add a robust charging port, it's going to be the most used part of your laptop after the power button.

I gave up trying to update my wife's laptop because of this I don't see why Nvidia need my email address. I've never had to create an account for drivers before

I had problems getting this to work on several of the larger mastodon instances when I've tried it previously. I ended up moving to a completely different mastodon instance and it just worked as described

I'm on the lookout for a variegated peace lilly. I've struggled so far to find a decent one that isn't going to cost a limb or organ here in the UK

I'd love a few more pothos I have one in my study that's snaking itself down a set of shelves

I haven't read the post over on Reddit, I refuse to visit the site.

Of course there will be misinformation floating around there always is in these kind of situations, reddit would be a ghost town over night otherwise

If the people running a server want to vet people that's upto them they pay the bills? I remember some mastodon servers used to do the same.

It's great to see more Lemmy/Kbin instances being stood up despite what some moaning Micheal might think of the platform.

I use jellyfin it means I can listen from a bunch of devices and not need to duplicate my files which is handy when you have a large varied music collection
