I personally despise dubs because the original voice actors are so fucking uber! They are simply leagues above the others, or in rare cases on the same level as others. My question though: why?? It works in movies doesn't it? Why not in Anime?

Well... I very much liked the source material. It was only a few pages long, but man did it have a kick. Not action wise or anything. Just... really klicked with me, more than the movie did.
Edit: actually? The ideas in the movie are pretty fucking dope. Forcing the heroes to wear sunglasses for plot?? Shooting at the police?? And those are the heroes?? Shit it definitely needs a remake.
One of his well known quotes is "Anime was a mistake" But in his works it shows that he lives the freedom it gives him and how he can realise them.
