I do wash them with soap and water thoroughly and well and am clean shaven. I still don't think they're clean enough compared to exposed skin like arms or legs.

Nothing and they do. I once wrote a review that the product caused me issues and it wasn't safe to use and they didn't publish it stating that it didn't meet the website's guidelines.

Do everyone else have a stubborn hair that they have been pulling out since forever every few weeks?
I used to have one on my neck and every couple of weeks I'd go looking to pluck it. One day though it was gone. I kept reaching for it, but never found it.
Just as I was about to lose hope, lo and behold, it was right above my eyebrow. Now, is it the same hair? Who can tell. I have a feeling it got tired of being plucked out so it decided to migrate. That didn't work so well for it though.
