isnt our diesel like the worst in the world though?
I’d give that a crack!
digestive question
add a bunch more fibre friendly foods with the whole less cholesterol thing, but my stomach gets real weird about coffee now. It was always iffy to begin with, but now I’m getting a lot more grumbling and feeling a bit bloated. Does that eventually settle as my gut gets used to more fibre?
Do you reckon bom make it a point of pride to be wrong at this stage? Was standing at the station this morning getting hit with rain that BOM and Apple weather both tell me wasn't possible.
Of course they do! Do you not see my comment saying fed bathroom and exercise? No one is disagreeing with that. But the situation isnt getting any better, so what do we do here? you either need to have government overstep into peoples lives to ensure these kids are raised properly (Which of course, isn't palatable) or you make consequences actually stick (which no one seems to want either). So what, we stay the course? Accept its cool for teenagers to break into peoples homes at 3am, steal a car and go joy riding? Someone's gonna get killed. Hell, someone just was in victoria!
yikes. Vic roads should probably have a "dob in an old person who shouldnt drive any more" hotline. Though TBH, one incident probably isnt enough to make that judgement call. But its a small step from there to "Was trying to park and accidentally ran over the wife and went through a shop front".
We've just done that in the form of a calendar for the grandparents, but we're talking a need for more long term cold storage.
is the car ok?
I started internally, and shifted to MSP to kickstart the career. I got exhausted though, no ownership of problems, constantly putting out fires and projects being held over the L1s and L2s as something to earn, not opportunities to learn. I transitioned back to internal IT 3 years ago, and I love it. It really depends on the boss and the company but so far I've had 3 jobs (1 redundancy, 1 contract and my current one longer term) and its been a real learning experience. I'm still support/engineer adjacent so my MSP experience is highly sort after.
A night in a cell can help an adult - it’s a real wakeup call and a forced opportunity to sit and think about what you just did. These are often Teenagers. It should be exactly the same thing. If its not teaching a lesson we need to figure out how to make it a lesson. All the counseling in the would and gonna help an offender whos parents dont give a stuff and they just wanna watch the world burn.
So whats your solution? I'm not up in cairns, but by all reports these are repeat offenders. This keeps happening, so what do we do here cause people are suffering and its not getting better.
Ah yeah, thats not a bad idea. A green tea would probs help too.
