We're being forced into this project that we all know is gonna end in a complete dumpster fire, but we (as in everyone in my department, managers included) cant do anything to stop it. Gonna chat to my boss and just say "look I cant reconcile this shit, you want it done? Fine, but I dont want to talk about it for a second more than we have to". The greater department has this habit of turning their meetings into therapy/bitching sessions and I'm just not here for it.
