Well admitting to the crime is a poor defense.

Exempted Code
Not all source code, documentation and metadata used in the development of Direct File is included in this repository. Specifically, any code or data that is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Federal Tax Information (FTI), Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU), or source code developed for National Security Systems (NSS), as defined in 40 U.S.C. § 11103, is exempt. Due to these restrictions, certain pieces of functionality have been removed or rewritten.
He did a Walmart call out on his hate network the other day because they stated they were going to need to start raising prices. He publicly told them they make Billions and should just eat the tariffs and can afford to not do any markups for consumers.
I know Trump has zero idea how the economy or even a business works, but watching him telling a large donor and it's shareholders to forget about capitalism and take a loss on everything they sell so that consumers can afford them was chef's kiss. He is so in over his head at this point I don't see a way he able to keep the sharade going without it all crashing down.
These types of laws are in a lot of states to varying degrees, and the idea was to prevent drunk people from attending church and/or people missing church because drunk.
I think the AI that helps us find/diagnose/treat diseases is great, and the model should be open to all in the medical field (open to everyone I feel would be easily abused by scammers and cause a lot of unnecessary harm - essentially if you can't validate what it finds you shouldn't be using it).
I'm not a fan of these next gen IRC chat bots that have companies hammering sites all over the web to siphon up data it shouldn't be allowed to. And then pushing these boys into EVERYTHING! And like I saw a few mention, if their bots have been trained on unauthorized data sets they should be forced to open source their models for the good of the people (since that is the BS reason openai has been bending and breaking the rules).
Watched video of this a few hours ago and watching the ship snap the 3 masts in what seemed slow motion was gut wrenching, the video then had the peer angle of people fleeing as the ship, again in what seemed slow motion hit the peer and rubbed a good deal of the side against it.
Says 4 on the boat suffered serious injury, and 2 of those 4 have passed away. Saw the number injured at 22 earlier.
So much so that Trump had to give refuge to them when he is removing everyone else. The white guys of apartheid families were being "treated very unfairly", which in Trump speak is "someone white being held accountable", or even more commonly just hurt feelings.
Even better when you look at the accused!
- Bonnie Watson Coleman - 80 yrs old
- Robert Menendez - 39 yrs old
- LaMonica Mclver - 38 yrs old
So basically two reps pushing 40, and an 80 year old woman "punched" and "body-slammed" these ICE agents. Menendez is a lawyer, and the two women have no fighting background either yet it sounds like they "handled" these agents with ease according to Noem.
In this Politico article it sounds like nobody had any issues until they started arresting the Newark Mayor.
McLaughlin alleged one of the members had “body slammed” an ICE officer, something that a POLITICO reporter on the scene did not witness. She told CNN there was a video of the incident that ICE would be released “very shortly.”

Also moving all our e-waste from US shores to elsewhere doesn't make it go away, we are just "hiding" the issue so as not to affect capitalism. In the end when we have no clean water to drink it'll be too late to "start doing something".
I think Ozzy is a good example of this, though maybe not as extreme as Silent.
My nemesis, choice paralysis, how you are the bane of my existence.
