I mean... The plan to go dark was originally to protest the API pricing and policy changes. And as far as I understood, they're all going dark until Reddit backtracks those announcements

Naja, kenne einige, die gute 2,5k für ein MacBook, 2k für den iPad + 100 für den Apple Pencil, 1k für ein iPhone, 300 für Airpods und 500€ für die Apple Watch ausgegeben haben. Hab da evtl. mit 10k ein bisschen übertrieben, das sind da jetzt eher 6,5k. Ich möchte ja gerne zugeben dass es sehr praktisch ist, so viel Interoperabilität zu haben, aber das ganze Geld ist es mir persönlich nicht wert. Insbesondere wenn es langsam alternativen gibt, wie KDE Connect zwischen Android und Linux, oder SSH zwischen postmarketOS und jedes andere Betriebssystem mit SSH (sprich quasi alles)
TL;DR: I'd say EndeavourOS.
Note that as a general rule, the more lightweight a distro is at "run-time", the heavier it is at "configure-time", because you'll have to make choices depending on your needs to get better performance. As an example, probably the lightest weight distro is Gentoo, thanks to compiler optimization and USE flags. But it's a distro with an incredibly steep learning curve. On the other side of the spectrum, there's Ubuntu, which is one of the distros that requires least user configuration, but is also a resource hog. In my opinion EndeavourOS strikes a good balance between the two factors (Disclaimer: I don't daily drive it. I've used it enough to know I can recommend it)
OP said lightweight. Ubuntu is many things, but lightweight isn't one of them.
Naja persönlich ist mir das Mac-Universum die 10k€ nicht wert. Hab also für alles Linux. Für den NAS und nem Router sogar OpenBSD.

It's not exactly a dwm clone, it's way better than that. It takes all the best parts from dwm and bspwm, and I've been loving it so far
