There's this magical thing called going outside, and in this outside place there are things called shops that sell things. Maybe you could try going there if you ever try to touch grass?

So how to you suggest we start using cash online? Hell there are some places now where you can't even use cash in person (my uni went fully contactless during COVID and still hasn't allowed cash again yet)

Usually they are because they need to have their transponders on for this exact reason. They usually turn them off when they're entering no fly zones / going on missions. During the build up to Iran firing missiles on US airbases in Qatar you could watch a lot of German and British military planes fly close to the border, turn off their transponders, then reappear a while later on the other side of the no fly zone.

It's kinda funny that it was so hard for an F1 driver to beat the record but at the same time it feels kinda cheaty that he was a able to modify the cart to do it. I'm sure anyone could break the record if they could modify a cart by sticking a v10 in it.

I only work weekends so I decided to do a mid week 1 night camping trip before the camp sites clog up with school kids over the summer holidays. Managed to luck out with perfect weather but I also managed to forget to bring a pillow so I had to buy a travel pillow instead

Maybe someone needs to bribe them to pass an anti bribery law?

[–] TheWeirdestCunt@lemmy.today 4 points 1 week ago

The process seems simple but I made my own wild plum wine last year and just leaving it to ferment for 3 days too long almost turned it into vinegar. Also for anyone else wanting to try it, unless you're using something with skin like grapes or plums you need to add your own tannin.

I just found that mod earlier and for some reason it just isn't activating for me. Everything's enabled in mod settings and I've got all the requirements but nothing's changed.

it is, mentour pilot released a video about the preliminary report the other day where it's mentioned that the fuel pumps were set back to active with a 4 second delay between flipping each switch.

this link should be set to the time stamp where he goes over what happened with the switches: https://youtu.be/lVS76zcpZok?t=1102
