I'm unfamiliar. Does something with the term 'suicide', for example, get flagged on tik tok?

Anyone have the wh website link to this?

Yup, it's a full blown lie. Just read the official ruling

The official ruling:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/documents/433cf258-6e70-43dc-afc3-46c2889d0ae9.pdf?itid=lk_inline_manual_4

Key sections imo: 28, 30, 34, 54, 74, 75, 76, 77, and the last page with the implemented provisions.

54, for example: . "In the Court’s view, the facts and circumstances mentioned above are sufficient to conclude that at least some of the rights claimed by South Africa and for which it is seeking protection are plausible. This is the case with respect to the right of the Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide and related prohibited acts identified in Article III, and the right of South Africa to seek Israel’s compliance with the latter’s obligations under the Convention"

But legal experts have said that, while the Court did not grant the most explosive of South Africa’s requests, in finding that Israel is “plausibly” violating laws on genocide, its decision is damning.

Thats from a cnn article.

Obviously fuck cnn, but so you're saying they're wrong here? That the court did find it plausible?

Did they fully make their decision? How did each country's judge vote?

Do you have any reading regarding iraq asking US to leave? Has western media reported on it at all? (As biased as it would've been...)

[–] TheOtherwise@hexbear.net 19 points 2 years ago
