Im in basically the same position since realistically the change needs to be at an institutional level. I can't really change anything by myself without excluding myself from most modern services.
We need laws and regulations. But like you I fear it's too late.
It all began with a DEI course for TDSB administrators that started in April 2021. The rest aside, the NP saying that it's a common take that Canada is worse than the us for racism is crazy talk. That's a fringe view.
A bright spot in Ontario's otherwise dismal government actions. Hopefully we can continue this with more investment down the line.
