How do I watch iTunes extras on the iPad version of Apple TV? (alien.top)
 

I've been trying to watch the Studio Ghibli films in sub (in iTunes extras) and everytime I press to watch the extras in Apple TV, I am presented with the dubbed version of the film. When I try to play them directly from the iTunes app, the extras won't play at all.

Since the holidays are coming up, I was wondering if Apple makes discounts on their gift cards around this time of year since I was really hoping to go on a shopping spree on Apple TV.
